We offer a huge range of GRP products, from our popular Litestack chimney range to a full choice of canopies, dormers, door surrounds, dovecotes, garages and walls. We also offer a wide range of bespoke items that can be made to individual order.
Banbury Innovations offers fast track premium solutions for the construction trade providing some of the highest quality and most innovative products in the industry. It has achieved considerable success in a relatively short period through acquisition, new business start ups and entering into partnerships with established businesses to fulfil these objectives.
The company
Banbury Innovations GRP was originally founded in 2005 as a division of the Banbury Group handling a large portfolio of fast track building products and systems.
In December 2006, Banbury Innovations GRP became part of Yorke Holdings and is now one of five divisions offering products as diverse as portal glazed structures, artstone products, bricks, structural building products & masonry.

Environmental policy
The Environmental Policy of Banbury Innovations is determined by the Directors and the Senior Managers within the company.
The current policy is as follows:-
- It is the policy of Banbury Innovations to manage its activities in a way that reduces their environmental impact to a minimum
- The company is committed to the continual improvement of its environmental performance including the reduction of waste especially in areas such as energy usage and raw materials
- In order to regulate environmental performance, the company will operate an appropriate management system
Banbury Innovations will:-
- Ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the company
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the potential environmental effects of their activities and the environmental benefits of improved performance
- Use and develop their manufacturing plant in ways which blend as sympathetically as possible with the surrounding environment
- Conserve and protect the environment operating in a socially responsible manner according to the highest standards of environmental management available and the application of strict environmental assurance disciplines
- Comply with all existing regulatory legislation, consents and codes issued at European, national and local levels and adopt a proactive response in anticipating more stringent regulatory requirements
- Keep an up to date log of environmental aspects
- Design, operate and maintain all plant equipment to the highest practical standards and improve working practices as new technology becomes available
- Minimise waste throughout the company. This will be achieved through product design, utilisation of ingredients and energy and the use of recycled packaging materials to package products or use in manufacturing options
- Adopt the least environmentally damaging transport strategy for the use of outside haulage contractors
- Trade with selected reputable suppliers who have met the company’s requirements in terms of environmental policy and associated environmental management system
- Develop effective means for responding to accidents or emergencies thereby avoiding environmental damage through the use of emergency response procedures
- Provide appropriate environmental training for all employees and actively promote and encourage the pursuit of environmental excellence not only within the company itself but also though its suppliers and customers
