Banbury Innovations offers the perfect way to construct GRP arches.

Our prefabricated arches can improve the aesthetic appeal of most developments or replicate the most complex of arches and brickwork detailing in refurbishment projects. Arches are available in flat gauged, segmental or circular versions. Strong, lightweight and easy to install without the need for skilled labour, GRP arches save construction time and costs.

We offer both self supporting/loadbearing and non loadbearing arches requiring a supporting lintel. All products are guaranteed to meet commercial and house building requirements and products can be colour matched to any brick finish.

Arches are delivered to site pre fabricated on a lightweight backing panel of insulated PU foam sandwiched between cement bonded structural board and can easily be lifted into place without the need for heavy lifting equipment. A 215mm high arch weighs approximately 15 Kilograms per metre span. This means that an arch of 1200mm opening will be 18 kilograms, not exceeding the current regulations for a one man lift on site.
